摘要
目的探讨心理护理干预对双相情感障碍患者的临床护理效果。方法选取我院2018年12月至2019年12月收治的60例双相情感障碍患者,通过双色球法随机分为两组,每组30例。两组患者均使用常规药物治疗,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上加强心理护理干预。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分均明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的MoCA各项评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的CSQ各项评分均明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在双相情感障碍患者的护理过程中引入心理护理是非常重要的,可有效改善患者的负性心理状态,提高患者的认知能力,引导其以更为正确的态度、行为应对疾病,进而改善生活质量。
Objective To study the clinical nursing methods and effects of psychological nursing intervention on patients with bipolar disorder.Methods Among the patients with bipolar disorder admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019,60 cases were selected and randomly divided into two groups by the double chromosphere method,30 cases in each group.All patients were treated with corresponding drugs,the control group were treated with routine psychiatric nursing methods,and the observation group were given enhanced psychological nursing content on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The SAS score and SDS score of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the comparison between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The MoCA scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of CSQ of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the comparison between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing is very important in the nursing of patients with bipolar disorder,which can effectively improve the psychological state of patients,improve the cognitive ability of patients,guide them to deal with the disease with a more correct attitude and behavior,and then improve the quality of life.
