心理护理对妇科腹腔镜术后尿潴留的预防效果

Clinical Effect of Psychological Nursing on Preventing Urinary Retention after Gynecologic Laparoscopy

目的分析心理护理对妇科腹腔镜术后尿潴留的预防效果。方法将2020年1~12月我院收治拟行妇科腹腔镜手术的患者总计48例,以患者入院接受手术的顺序分组,每组24例,先入院接受手术的患者24例为对照组(行常规护理),后入院接受手术的24例患者为试验组(行心理护理干预)。比较两组患者护理前后的负性情绪、排尿情况及术后尿潴留发生率。结果经护理后两组的负性情绪评分较护理前均明显下降,试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者术后自主排尿恢复时间短于对照组,首次排尿量多于对照组,残余尿量少于对照组,术后尿路感染、尿潴留的发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运用心理护理干预,可以较为明显的减少患者护理后的负性情绪,缩短术后自主排尿时间,降低术后尿潴留发生率。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of psychological nursing on preventing urinary retention after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods Fourty-eight patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery in our hospital(from January 2020 to December 2020)were divided into two groups according to the order of admission,24 cases in each group,24 cases in the control group were treated with routine nursing,and 24 cases in the experimental group were treated with psychological nursing intervention.The negative emotions,voiding condition and postoperative urinary retention rate of the two groups before and after nursing were compared.Results After nursing,the negative emotion scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before nursing,and the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The time of autonomic urination recovery in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the first voiding volume was more than that in the control group,the residual urine volume was less than that in the control group,and the incidence of urinary tract infection and urinary retention after operation was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of psychological nursing intervention can significantly reduce the negative emotions of patients after nursing,shorten the time of postoperative spontaneous urination.
