护理干预在急性心肌梗死后心律失常患者中的应用效果观察

Application Effect of Nursing Intervention on Patients with Arrhythmia after Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的观察急性心肌梗死后心律失常患者实施护理干预的应用效果。方法将2018年2月至2019年2月来我院治疗的104例急性心肌梗死后心率失常患者作为研究对象,随机方法分为观察组与对照组,每组52例。观察组患者给予实施综合护理,对照组患者给予常规护理。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.23%(49/52),明显高于对照组的70.08%(38/52)(P<0.05);观察组1个月内复发率为5.77%(3/52),明显低于对照组的23.08%(12/52)(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为3.85%(2/52),明显低于对照组的17.31%(9/52)(P<0.05);观察组满意度为96.15%(50/52),明显高于对照组的78.85%(41/52)(P<0.05)。结论对急性心肌梗死后心率失常患者利用综合护理进行指导,可提升临床疗效,降低并发症发生率和复发率,增加患者的满意度。

Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention in patients with arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 104 patients with arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction who came to our hospital for treatment from February 2018 to February 2019 were taken as the research objects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 52 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing care,and patients in the control group were given regular nursing care.Compare the nursing effect of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.23%(49/52),which was significantly higher than 70.08%(38/52)in the control group(P<0.05);the recurrence rate in the observation group within 1 month was 5.77%(3/52),significantly lower than 23.08%(12/52)of the control group(P<0.05);the complication rate of the observation group was 3.85%(2/52),which was significantly lower than the control group’s 17.31%(9/52)(P<0.05);the satisfaction degree of the observation group was 96.15%(50/52),which was significantly higher than the 78.85%(41/52)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Guiding patients with arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction using comprehensive nursing can improve clinical efficacy,reduce complication rate and recurrence rate,and increase patient satisfaction.
