Common Causes of Psychiatric Medical Disputes and Preventive Measures

目的探析精神科医疗纠纷常见原因及防范措施。方法2005年1月至2014年6月我院精神科在未开展相关防范措施前的医疗纠纷事件有20例,2014年7月至2019年4月我院精神科在开展相关防范措施后的医疗纠纷事件有8例。对医疗纠纷事件的发生原因进行分析,据此制订相应的防范措施,并对开展医疗质量安全管理后取得的效果进行评价。结果干预前,意外事件和责任心不强、诊疗技术和服务态度不满意及费用不合理等医疗纠纷发生率均高于干预后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对上述医疗纠纷原因类型进行归纳整理,将医疗纠纷发生原因阐明,并从强化法律意识、责任心、相关专业技能及知识学习、服务态度、各项告知工作和相关科室安全措施完善等方面开展防范措施。结论针对精神科患者开展相关防范措施,不但有助于医患关系的改善,而且还能使医疗纠纷情况的发生减少,对医疗质量的提升具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the common causes and preventive measures of psychiatric medical disputes.Methods From January 2005 to June 2014,a former hospital psychiatric before to carry out the relevant measures to prevent medical disputes have 20 cases;In July 2014 to April 2019 our hospital psychiatric to carry out the relevant measures after the time of 8 cases in medical disputes.By the analysis of the cause of medical disputes,the corresponding preventive measures shall be formulated,and to carry out the effect after the medical quality and safety management assessment were summarized.Results The causes of medical disputes such as unexpected incidents and low sense of responsibility,unsatisfactory attitude towards diagnosis and treatment and unreasonable cost before intervention were higher than those after intervention(P<0.05).After summarizing and sorting out the causes of medical disputes mentioned above,the causes of medical disputes were clarified,and the legal awareness,sense of responsibility,relevant professional skills and knowledge were strengthened.To carry out preventive measures in such aspects as knowledge learning,service attitude,informing work and improvement of safety measures in relevant departments.Conclusion To formulate preventive measures for psychiatric patients will not only help improve the relationship between doctors and patients,but also reduce the occurrence of medical disputes,which is of great significance to the improvement of medical quality.
