肿瘤内科护理工作中常见的安全隐患及对策研究

Research on Safety Hidden Danger and Countermeasures in the Nursing Work of Oncology Department

目的探究肿瘤内科护理工作中常见的安全隐患及对策。方法选择葫芦岛市中心医院收治的68例肿瘤科患者为对象,时间为2016年1月至2019年1月,随机分成两组,即参照组34例、研究组34例,参照组应用常规护理,给予研究组防范性护理。对比两组患者的不良事件发生率、心理状态与护理满意度。结果两组不良反应发生率、护理满意度比较,研究组优与参照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组心理状态评分(HAMD评分、HAMA评分)比较,研究组明显低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤内科的护理工作中实施防范性护理,可有效减少事故发生率,避免护患纠纷,改善患者心理状态,得到满意评价,护理效果显著。

Objective To explore the common security risks and countermeasures in the nursing work of oncology department.Methods From January 2016 to January 2019,68 patients in the department of oncology who were admitted to Huludao Central Hospital were selected as subjects,and they were randomly divided into two groups,namely the reference group with 34 cases and the study group with 34 cases.The reference group was given routine care and the study group was given preventive care.The incidence of adverse events,psychological status and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared,and the study group was superior to the reference group(P<0.05).After nursing,the mental status scores(HAMD score,HAMA score)of the two groups were compared,and the study group was significantly lower than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Preventive nursing in the nursing work of oncology department can effectively reduce the incidence of accidents,avoid nurse patient disputes,improve the psychological state of patients,get satisfactory evaluation,and the nursing effect is remarkable.
