护理管理干预模式对血液肿瘤危重患者护理效果的影响

Influence of Nursing Management Intervention Mode on the Nursing Effect of Critically ill Patients with Hematological Malignancies

目的探讨护理管理干预模式对血液肿瘤危重患者护理效果的影响。方法选择我院2018年1月至2019年3月收治的32例血液肿瘤危重患者作为观察组,另外选择同期来我院进行治疗的32例血液肿瘤危重患者作为对照组,观察组采用护理管理干预模式,对照组采用常规护理干预,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组感染发生率、护理满意度均优对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过护理管理干预模式对血液肿瘤危重患者进行干预可有效降低感染的发生率,提升整体护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing management intervention mode on the nursing effect of patients with critical hematological tumors.Methods Thirty-two critically ill patients with hematologic malignancies admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the observation group.In addition,32 patients with critical hematological tumors who were treated in our hospital as the control group.The observation group adopts the nursing management intervention model,and the control group uses routine nursing intervention,to compare the nursing effects of the two groups.Results The observation group’s infection incidence and nursing satisfaction were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intervention of critically ill patients with hematological tumors through the nursing management intervention model can effectively reduce the incidence of infection and improve overall nursing satisfaction.
