煤矿综采技术的发展与研究

Development and Research of Fully Mechanized Mining Technology in Coal Mine

随着采煤业的快速发展,目前的煤矿采集工作多会面临复杂多变的地下条件,而当前我国采煤业所应用的设备存在着信息化水平不足的现象,对于煤矿采集的效率与质量带来了不利影响。因此,在采煤作业中,不仅要合理运用先进的煤矿综采技术,同时也要针对煤矿综采技术不断探索创新路径,比如在采矿期间运用机械掘进技术和水泵接合,根据采煤工作环境的具体情况,在综采技术推广和应用的同时实现技术创新,在确保采矿效率的基础上控制采矿成本,避免能源浪费等问题的产生。近年来科学技术的不断发展使得煤矿采集的自动化水平也有了显著提高,煤矿采集的自动化不但降低了采矿的成本,同时也提高了采矿的安全性与效率性,在煤矿综采技术应用中,计算机技术的运用也为综采技术提供了有效支持。本文主要围绕煤矿综采技术展开论述,探讨了技术应用的现状以及发展策略。

With the rapid development of coal mining industry,most of the current coal mining work is facing complex and changeable underground conditions.However,at present,the equipment used in China’s coal mining industry has a phenomenon of insufficient informatization level,which has a negative impact on the efficiency and quality of coal mine collection.Therefore,in coal mining operations,we should not only rationally use advanced fully mechanized coal mining technology,but also constantly explore innovative paths for fully mechanized coal mining technology,such as using mechanical tunneling technology and water pump connection during mining,realizing technological innovation while popularizing and applying fully mechanized coal mining technology according to the specific conditions of coal mining working environment,ensuring mining efficiency,controlling mining costs and avoiding energy waste.In recent years,with the continuous development of science and technology,the automation level of coal mine collection has been significantly improved.The automation of coal mine collection not only reduces the mining cost,but also improves the safety and efficiency of mining.In the application of fully mechanized coal mining technology,the application of computer technology also provides effective support for fully mechanized coal mining technology.This paper mainly discusses the fully mechanized coal mining technology,and discusses the present situation and development strategy of technology application.
