摘要
为更好的保障矿井提升机的安全稳定运行,基于提升机制动系统的相关技术要求,研究了提升机减速转换装置的控制技术,设计了提升机减速器转换装置控制系统的硬件构架与软件部分,用S7-300 PLC来充当硬件的核心控制器件,同时配套了相关的信号隔离模块与光电隔离模块,提出了提升机减速转换装置软件部分的PLC控制流程与人机控制界面,该研究有助于进一步提高提升机减速制动系统运行的平稳性,更好的保障提升机的安全运行。
In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of mine hoists,based on the relevant technical requirements of hoist braking system,this paper studies the control technology of hoist deceleration conversion device,and designs the hardware framework and software part of the control system of hoist deceleration conversion device.S7-300 PLC is used as the core control device of hardware,and the related signal isolation module and photoelectric isolation module are matched.At the same time,the PLC control flow and man-machine control interface of the software part of the elevator deceleration conversion device are proposed.The research is helpful to further improve the stability of the deceleration braking system of the hoist and better guarantee the safe operation of the hoist.
