随着我国社会经济的快速发展,城市化进程也不断加快,在城市化建设过程中,很多项目都会涉及到化工设备的应用,部分项目中化工设备是否正常运行,且取得较高的效率,将会对企业达成生产和发展目标产生直接的决定作用。因此,企业在实际应用化工设备的过程中需要做好日常的设备维护和检修工作,确保化工设备能够正常运行,及时排除设备可能存在的安全隐患,提高化工设备的运行效率。本文主要就化工设备在实际生产中可能存在的问题和安全隐患,进而探讨和研究化工设备的维护和检修工作。

With the rapid development of social economy in China,the urbanization process is also accelerating.In the process of urbanization,many projects will involve the application of chemical equipment.In some projects,whether the chemical equipment operates normally and can achieve higher efficiency will directly determine the achievement of production and development goals.Therefore,in the process of practical application of chemical equipment,enterprises need to do a good job of daily equipment maintenance and overhaul to ensure the normal operation of chemical equipment,eliminate potential safety hazards in time and improve the operation efficiency of chemical equipment.This paper discusses the possible problems and potential safety hazards of chemical equipment in actual production,and then discusses and studies the maintenance and overhaul of chemical equipment.
