煤炭作为我国的主要能源之一,现阶段社会各个行业对煤炭的需求日益旺盛,但是如何实现煤炭的高效开采一直是困扰煤炭企业的主要问题。传统的煤炭开采技术,多是将厚煤层进行分层开采,不仅效率低而且成本高,随着世界各国对煤炭开采工艺的不断研究,综采放顶煤采煤工艺逐渐有了更为广阔的发展舞台,并且同时具有巷道掘进量小、单产高、施工成本低等优势,现阶段已经在煤矿企业中大放异彩。本文将结合具体的工程实例,对综采放顶煤采煤工艺进行具体分析,希望可以不断提高我国煤矿开采的安全性。

Coal is one of the main energy sources in China.At present,there is a growing demand for coal in various sectors of society.However,how to realize efficient coal mining has always been a major problem that puzzles coal enterprises.Traditional coal mining technology mostly uses thick coal seams to be mined in layers,which is not only inefficient but also costly.With the continuous study of coal mining technology in various countries in the world,the fully mechanized top-coal caving mining technology has gradually gained a broader development stage,and has the advantages of small roadway drivage,high yield per unit area and low construction cost,which has already shined brilliantly in coal mining enterprises at this stage.In this paper,combined with specific engineering examples,the fully mechanized top-coal caving mining technology is analyzed in detail,hoping to continuously improve the safety of coal mining in China.
