摘要
为了解决城市更新基础数据调查中房屋信息调查效率低、调查专题众多和成果质量检核难等问题,采用无人机倾斜摄影测量技术构建三维建模,基于EPS三维测图平台进行建筑物信息提取和面积计算,采用1+X专题的调查模式,提升外业调查效率;以ArcGIS为平台在基础数据中标识出公共服务设施、市政设施和文保线索专题,实现一次调查多次应用;采用了FME平台对多源调查成果进行数据转换和检核,实现了数据检核的自动化,保障了城市更新基础数据调查成果的质量,探索出新型城市更新基础数据调查的关键技术和流程,加快了城市更新进程。
Based on solving of the low efficiency of housing information investigation,numerous investigation topics and quality cheek of results in the basic data investigation of urban renewal,we use UAV oblique photogrammetry technology to build three-dimensional modeling,extracts building information and calculates area based on EPS three-dimensional mapping platform,adopts 1+X thematic survey model to improve the efficiency of field investigation;we identify public service facilities,municipal facilities and cultural security clues in the basic data by taking ArcGIS as the platform,and realize multiple applications in a survey;we use FME platform for data conversion and verification of multi-source survey results,realize the automation of data verification,ensure the quality of urban renewal basic data survey results,explore the key technologies and processes of new urban renewal basic data investigation,and accelerate the process of the urban renewal.
