摘要
在100℃下,以环金属铱TC-6为催化剂,KOH为碱,水为溶剂,2-氨基苄醇1与苯乙醇2发生氢转移反应,高收率(高达95%)、高选择性(>99∶1)地合成了一系列喹啉类化合物3。其结构经1 HNMR、13 CNMR和MS确证。依据前期研究及根据相关文献,提出了可能的反应机理。
A series of quinolines 3 were synthesized by the hydrogen transfer reaction of 2-aminobenzyl alcohol 1 with phenylethanol 2 in high yield(up to 95%)and high selectivity(>99∶1)using iridium TC-6 as catalyst,KOH as base,water as solvent at 100℃.The structures of compounds obtained were confirmed by 1 HNMR,13 CNMR and MS.According to the previous research and the related literature,the possible reaction mechanism was proposed.
