摘要
采用多巴胺对活性炭进行改性,并对改性样品进行表征。优选实验得出当Ag+浓度为0.08 mol·L^(-1)时,载银活性炭银流失速率最慢。条件实验得出多巴胺改性活性炭制备最佳条件为:多巴胺和活性炭质量比为1∶6,反应pH为8.5。改性后活性炭表面酸性和碱性基团数量均大于未改性活性炭,其中碱性基团数量增加了1.71 mmol·g^(-1),而且改性后活性炭表面亲水性官能团增加,亲水性较好。最后分别采用了红外光谱、电镜扫描和热重分析等技术对材料进行表征分析。
In this study,activated carbon was modified by dopamine,and the modified samples were characterized.The optimal experiment showed that when Ag+concentration was 0.08 mol·L^(-1),the silver loss rate of ag-loaded activated carbon was the slowest.The optimal conditions for the preparation of dopamine modified activated carbon were as follows:the mass ratio of dopamine and activated carbon was 1∶6,and the reaction pH was 8.5.After modification,the number of acid and alkaline groups on the surface of activated carbon was greater than that of unmodified activated carbon,in which the number of alkaline groups increased by 1.71mmol·g_(-1).Moreover,the hydrophilic functional groups on the surface of modified activated carbon increased,with good hydrophilicity.At last,infrared spectroscopy,electron microscopy and thermogravimetric analysis were used to characterize the materials.
