摘要
相对于传统聚烯烃隔膜,陶瓷隔膜因其良好的耐热收缩性能得到大规模商业化应用。选择两款不同类型的黏结剂制备陶瓷隔膜。首先考察黏结剂对陶瓷隔膜性能的影响,然后研究陶瓷隔膜耐热收缩性能与电池安全性能之间的关联性。研究发现,陶瓷隔膜的耐热收缩性能与黏结剂的玻璃化转变温度正相关。电池过充电和加热安全性能测试结果表明,高耐热陶瓷隔膜有助于降低发生热失控的风险。
Compared with traditional polyolefin separator,ceramic coated separator has been cosmically commer-cialized application because of its good thermal shrinkage performance.In order to prepare ceramic coated separator,two different types of binder were selected.Firstly,the effect of binder on the properties of ceramic coated separator was investigated,then the relationship between the thermal shrinkage performance of ceramic coated separator and the safety performance of battery was studied.It is found that the thermal shrinkage performance of the ceramic coated separator is positively correlated with the glass transition temperature of the binder.The results of battery overcharge and heating safety test show that the thermal shrinkage performance of the ceramic coated separator helps to reduce the risk of thermal runaway.
