摘要
电池储能电站是解决高比例可再生能源电力系统调峰调频压力的重要手段,综合评价其性能对于优化电力系统的调节水平具有重要意义。针对此,提出一种基于主客观组合赋权法的储能电站调峰调频性能综合评价方法。首先,构建包含调控性、能效水平、可靠性及环保性的评价指标体系,全面反映储能电站实际运行的各方面性能。然后,基于AHP和反熵权法计算主客观权重并求取最优组合权重。最后,基于组合权重建立储能电站调峰调频性能综合评价模型。将该评价模型应用于某省三个储能电站,评价结果合理、准确,验证了所提方法的有效性。
Battery energy storage station is important to solve the peak and frequency regulation pressure of power system.Comprehensive evaluation of its performance is of great significance for optimizing the regulation level of the power system.Aiming at this,a comprehensive evaluation method of peak and frequency regulation performance based on combined weighting method was proposed.Firstly,an evaluation index system that included controllability,energy efficiency,reliability and environment was built,which reflected all aspects of battery energy storage station.Then,based on AHP and anti-entropy method,the subjective and objective weights were calculated and the optimal combination weights were obtained.Finally,a comprehensive evaluation model for the peak shaving and frequency regulation performance of battery energy storage stations was established.The model was applied to three battery energy storage stations in a province.The results are reasonable and accurate,and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.
