摘要
用硼氢化钠为还原剂,在乙二醇溶剂中采用简单的还原法制备了稻壳炭负载银的复合催化剂,利用X-射线衍射及吸附-脱附等温线等对该复合材料的组分及微观结构进行了表征测试。以硝基苯酚还原为氨基酚作为模板反应,研究了该催化剂的还原能力。实验结果表明,3 mg该催化剂可以在8 min内还原20 mL浓度为100 mg/L的对硝基苯酚和邻硝基苯酚溶液,反应速率常数随温度的升高而提高;反应的活化能进一步说明对硝基苯酚还原时需要的活化能比邻硝基苯酚的更低一些。
Nanocomposite of rice husk carbon supported Ag particles was prepared by a facile process with NaBH4as a reductant when rice husk carbon was introduced as a carrier.The catalyst was characterized by X-ray and nitrogen adsorption-desorption isotherm technologies.The reduction of nitrophenol to aminophenol was used as a model reaction to evaluate the catalytic activity of the catalyst.The experimental results showed that both 4-nitrophenol and 2-nitrophenol(100 mg/L)can be reduced by 3 mg of the catalyst in 8 minutes and the rate constant increased with the increase of temperature.4-nitrophenol needsa lower activity energy than that of 2-nitrophenol.
