止咳平喘糖浆联合布地奈德对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的临床研究

Clinical study of cough and asthma syrup combined with budesonide in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的探讨止咳平喘糖浆联合布地奈德对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺功能及血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、中性粒细胞比例(N%)水平的影响。方法选取达州市中西医结合医院2019年10月至2020年10月期间收治的80例COPD患者作为研究对象,依照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例。对照组患者在常规治疗基础上使用布地奈德气雾剂治疗,治疗组患者在对照组基础上联合止咳平喘糖浆治疗。两组患者均连续治疗14 d。比较两组患者治疗后临床疗效,治疗前后第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积与用力肺活量的比值(FEV1/FVC),以及血清CRP、PCT、N%水平。结果治疗后,治疗组患者临床总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的80.00%;和治疗前比,治疗后两组患者FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC均有所升高,且治疗组高于对照组;两组患者血清CRP、PCT、N%水平均降低,且治疗组低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论止咳平喘糖浆联合布地奈德治疗可明显改善COPD患者肺功能,缓解其临床症状,抑制其炎症反应,进而控制病情发展,提高治疗效果。

Objective To explore the effects of cough and asthma syrup combined with budesonide on lung function,serum C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),Neutrophil proportion(N%)levels in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 80 COPD patients admitted to Dazhou integrated TCM&Western Medicine Hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and treatment group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with budesonide aerosol on the basis of conventional treatment,patients in the treatment group were treated with cough and asthma syrup on the basis of the control group.Both groups of patients were treated continuously for 14 d.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients after treatment,the forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),the proportion of forced expiratory volume in the first second to forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC)and serum CRP,PCT,N%levelso were compared.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of patients in the treatment group was 97.50%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group;compared with before treatment,the FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC ratios of the two groups of patients increased after treatment,and the treatment group was higher than the control group;serum CRP,PCT,N%levels of the two groups of patients decreased,and the treatment group was lower than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Cough and asthma syrup combined with budesonide treatment can significantly improve the lung function of patients with COPD,relieve their clinical symptoms,inhibit their inflammatory response,thereby control the development of the disease and improve the treatment effect.
