马来西亚与中国开放大学学习评价比较研究

摘要 学习评价是对学生学习成果的检测和评估,是课程教学的重要一环,也是远程开放教育质量保证体系的重要内容。以马来西亚开放大学和国家开放大学作为分析对象,结合学习评价的关键环节和开放大学的特点,从学习评价设计、学习评价实施、诚信教育与考风考纪、成绩评定与成绩效力、学习评价的信息化五个维度进行了比较分析。研究表明,两校在课程学习评价的不同方面既有共性,也有差异,对我国远程教育院校尤其是开放大学的学习评价具有五点启示:科学系统地设计学习评价、评价过程需注重查重管理、严格考试过程与质量管理、公平有效地开展成绩评定、促进学习评价与技术融合等。 Learning assessment is the detection and assessment of students'learning outcomes,an important part of course teaching and teaching process,and an important part of the quality assurance system of distance and open education.Taking the Open University of Malaysia and the Open University of China as the object of analysis and combining the key links of learning assessment and the characteristics of the Open University,this paper makes a comparative analysis from five dimensions,namely,learning assessment design,learning assessment implementation,examination discipline,score accounting and effectiveness,and information construction.The research shows that the two schools have a lot in common in the aspects of curriculum learning assessment design,examination site and examination room management,credit management of learning assessment,score accounting and effectiveness,but there are obvious differences in the specific practice of curriculum learning assessment and performance assessment.Through a comparative study of two Open University course evaluation and future of distance education colleges and universities in our country,especially the Open University course learning evaluation of revelation provides five aspects:the learning evaluation of scientific design,performance evaluation of management for reasonable fair and monitoring,the full name of the test process of comprehensive management,evaluation technology of advanced to improve.
