高职“专业综合实训”课程教学改革探索与实践

“专业综合实训”是高职院校机械类专业的一门综合实训课程,数控铣削加工是该课程中最具代表性的加工手段。传统的课程设置和教学方法,学习效果差,学生专业综合能力弱。借鉴企业和大赛的加工模式,对“专业综合实训”课程进行教学改革与实践,实现让学生从拿到图纸,到经历三维建模、自动编程、加工中心加工、检测与装配、评价等一系列实践过程,并根据学生实际的学习能力增设不同难度级别的项目内容,能够发掘学生的潜能,有效提高学生的专业综合学习能力。

"Professional Comprehensive Training"is a comprehensive training course for mechanical majors in higher vocational colleges,and CNC milling is the most representative processing method in this course.The traditional curriculum and teaching methods have poor learning effects and the students'comprehensive professional ability is weak.Learning from the processing mode of enterprises and competitions,the teaching reform and practice of the"professional comprehensive training"course will enable students to go through three-dimensional modeling,automatic programming,CNC processing,inspection and assembly,evaluation,etc.A series of practical processes,and the addition of project content of different levels of difficulty according to the actual learning ability of the students,can explore the potential of the students and effectively improve the comprehensive professional learning ability of the students.
