泰国草药紫姜的化学成分及药理作用研究进展

Research progress on chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of the rhizome of Kaempferia parviflora,a Thai medicinal herb

目的在查阅文献的基础上,对紫姜的化学成分和药理作用的研究现状进行综述,为其进一步研究开发提供科学依据。方法系统查阅中国知网、万方、维普、PubMed、SpringerLink、Web of Science等国内外多个数据库,搜集紫姜化学成分及药理作用方面的文献,并对其进行归纳总结。结果紫姜具有抗炎、抗勃起功能障碍、抗癌、抗过敏、抗菌、抗高血压等主要作用。主要的活性部位为醇提物,且已发现的化学成分主要为甲氧基黄酮类。结论通过对紫姜的化学成分和药理作用的整理、介绍,为其进一步深度开发和临床应用提供科学依据。

Objective To investigate the research progress current advance on chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of the rhizome of Kaempferia parviflora,a Thai medicinal herb,based on the literature and to provide scientific evidence for further research and development.Methods Literatures on the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of the rhizome of Kaempferia parviflora were collected,summarized and analyzed in domestic and foreign databases such as CNKI,WanFang,PubMed,SpringerLink,Web of science.Results The reported showed the main pharmacological effects of the rhizome of Kaempferia parviflora were focused on anti-inflamation,anti-erectile,dysfunction,anticancer,anti-allergy,anti-hypertension,etc..The alcohol extract is the main active part and methoxyflavonoids are main active compounds.Conclusion The investigation on chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of the rhizome of Kaempferia parviflora can provide a scientific reference for the further development and clinical application of the herb.
