摘要
文章主要探讨了河源电信的4G及5G网络规划建设过程,研究运用大数据等各种工具全面分析移动网络覆盖质量,并以营销中心为目标,细分网格化管理运营,与市场线条形成良性互动,最大限度地提升资源投放效益,为各县区营销中心有效赋能,提升用户感知NPS的综合方法。
This paper mainly discusses Heyuan Telecom in the 4 G and 5 G network planning and construction process,research and use of Big Data and other tools to comprehensively analyze the quality of mobile network coverage,and take the marketing center as the goal,subdivide the grid management operation.A comprehensive method to maximize resource delivery and user perception NPS.
