某电动车在KEY-ON状态下后雨刮间歇挡卡滞问题分析与优化

摘要 由于两厢车和三厢车的动力学特征不同,空气流动通过车尾,会在车尾后部形成一个负压区,灰尘、雨水会被空气卷裹起来,有些就会贴在后车窗上,因此为了提高视线必须设计后雨刮。本文针对后雨刮停位原理、雨刮电路、信号控制3个方面,探讨车辆在不同挡位下,后雨刮间歇性卡滞的原因和优化方案。 Due to the different of aerodynamics between hatchback and sedan when air flows through the hatchback,a negative pressure zone is created on the rear of tail gate,the dust and rain will be wrapped up by air,and some will be attached to the rear window.In order to improve the sight,the rear wiper must be designed.This paper discusses the reasons and optimization of intermittent stuck rear wiper in different gears in view of the three aspects of the stop principle,wiper circuit and signal control.
