摘要
本文以一种电子换挡控制器(ACM)为测试对象,对其功能策略及故障诊断方案进行分析,并基于dSPACE设备设计一套硬件在环测试方案,包括模型搭建、仿真界面设计、测试用例及自动化脚本开发,对该控制器的功能及诊断进行半实物仿真测试,并生成可视化报告。试验结果表明,该测试方案能够准确全面检测ACM的各项功能,提高该产品的可靠性。
This paper takes the Actuator Control Module(ACM)as the test object and analyze its function strategy and diagnostic scheme.Design a hardware in the loop system based on dSAPCE online simulation system,including model building,simulation interface design,test cases and automation scripts developing,to test the function and diagnostic of ACM and generate the visual report.The test result shows that the scheme can accurately and comprehensively detect the various functions of ACM and improve the reliability of the product.
