摘要
针对基于水力空化原理研发的新型供热设备进行了供回水温度、热效率、压力、水质的试验测试及分析计算。结果显示:该供热设备热效率随系统水温的升高而降低;不计系统热损失下的综合热效率为96.99%;同时可提供0.173 MPa的资用压力;且空化后水质明显变优,可有效防止水垢产生。与传统电热水锅炉相比,该空化供热设备可同时满足供热系统加热、加压、水质净化及软化功能,实现了一机对能源的多维利用,简化了常规电锅炉供热系统,提高了能源利用效率。
Tests and analyses the supply and return water temperature,thermal efficiency,pressure and water quality of the new heating equipment based on the principle of hydraulic cavitation.The results show that the thermal efficiency of the equipment decreases with the increase of water temperature.The comprehensive thermal efficiency is 96.99%,and it can provide 0.173 MPa residual pressure.The water quality after cavitation is obviously improved,which can effectively prevent scale generation.Compared with traditional electric hot water boilers,this heating equipment realizes the multi-dimensional utilization of energy(heating,pressing,softening),greatly simplifies the conventional heating system and improves the efficiency.
