接种根瘤菌对重茬豌豆植株生长及光合特性的影响 被引量:8

Effects of Rhizobium Inoculation on the Growth and Photosynthetic Characteristics of Pea Plants

摘要 为研究豌豆(Pisum sativum)与根瘤菌之间的共生匹配性,筛选具有应用潜力的根瘤菌,本试验采用盆栽方式对2种不同品种豌豆(L6:‘陇豌6号’,D8:‘定豌8号’)进行正茬、重茬种植,以接种单一菌(R1:‘ACCC15657’,R2:‘ACCC15735’,R3:‘Wa32’)和混合菌(R4:‘ACCC15657’+‘ACCC15735’,R5:‘ACCC15657’+‘Wa32’,R6:‘ACCC15735’+‘Wa32’,R7:‘ACCC15657’+‘ACCC15735’+‘Wa32’)为试验处理并以不接菌(CK2)为对照,研究不同菌种对重茬豌豆植株生长和光合特性的影响。结果表明:重茬豌豆植株的生长指标和光合指标在不同时期均受到不同程度的抑制;重茬种植接种根瘤菌处理与CK2相比,L6株高、气孔导度、蒸腾速率及胞间二氧化碳浓度升高,D8株高和净光合速率升高;经隶属函数综合分析表明,重茬种植条件下,R1处理对L6的促进效果最佳,R4处理对D8的促进效果最佳,说明接种根瘤菌可缓解重茬种植对豌豆植株的抑制程度,但作用效果受菌种基因型和豌豆品种的影响。因此,选择接种与豌豆匹配性强的根瘤菌是有效缓解重茬障碍的关键。 This study was aimed to study the symbiosis matching between pea(Pisum sativum)and Rhizobium(Rhizobium),to screen out rhizobia with application potential,and to provide a theoretical basis for alleviating the obstacles of replanting pea.In this experiment,two different varieties of pea(L6:‘Longwan 6’and D8:‘Dingwan 8’)were planted in pot in a regular and repeated cropping manner.The peas were inoculated with or without a bacteria(R1:ACCC15657,R2:ACCC15735,R3:Wa32)and mixed bacteria(R4:ACCC15657+ACCC15735,R5:ACCC15657+Wa32,R6:ACCC15735+Wa32,R7:ACCC15657+ACCC15735+Wa32).The plant growth and photosynthetic characteristics were studied.The results showed that:The growth index and photosynthetic index of repeated pea plants were inhibited to varying degrees in different periods.Compared with CK2,the plant height,stomatal conductance(Gs),transpiration rate(Tr)and intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci)of L6 were increased compared with that of the control.High and net photosynthetic rate(Net photosynthetic rate,Pn)increased.The comprehensive analysis of membership function showed that under the condition of continuous cropping,R1 treatment had the best promotion effect on L6,and R4 treatment had the best promotion effect on D8.It showed that rhizobia inoculation can alleviate the degree of inhibition of repeated cropping on pea plants,but the effect was affected by the genotype of the bacteria and the pea varieties.Therefore,the selection of rhizobia that is highly compatible with peas is the key to effectively alleviate the obstacles of repeated cropping.
