改革开放以来我国妇幼卫生政策计量分析

Bibliometric analysis of maternal and child health policy in China since the reform and opening up

目的:通过对我国改革开放以来的妇幼卫生相关政策文件进行收集整理和计量分析,总结妇幼卫生相关政策的特点与演变规律,为未来妇幼卫生政策的制定和发展规划提供依据。方法:利用文献计量的方法,对我国妇幼卫生相关政策文件数量、政府部门参与情况和妇幼卫生政策热点主题进行分析。结果:改革开放以来,政府对于妇幼卫生的关注程度不断增长;多部门愈发广泛而深入的合作推动了妇幼卫生相关政策内容不断深入、细化与落实,全社会对于妇幼卫生事业的参与在不断加强;计划生育、儿童疾病防治等主题长期以来都是政府关注的重点,但不同时期的妇幼卫生政策具体内容有所侧重,始终以不同时代的妇幼健康需求为导向。

Objective:To summarize the characteristics and evolution rules of Maternal and child health(MCH)-related policies by collecting and analyzing the policy documents related to MCH since China's reform and opening up,so as to provide reference for the formulation and development of MCH policies in the future.Methods:Content analysis,bibliometrics and system clustering methods were used to collect the policy documents related to maternal and child health in China,the thesauri were compiled,the government-keyword biparties networks were drawn,and the subject words clustering was done.Results:Since the reform and opening up,the government has been paying more and more attention to MCH,and the societal participation in this field has increased significantly.In the past 40 years,the MCH governance concept saw rapid development which kept the pace of times and is oriented by health needs.The themes of promotion of family planning practice and prevention/treatment of child diseases are long-standing key points of the leading government today,but the specific contents centered on MCH policies in different periods are different,and the cooperation of multiple departments promoted the deepening,refinement and implementation of relevant policies.
