Optimal Design of High-Resolution Camera for GFDM-1 Satellite

摘要 针对敏捷卫星机动过程中,卫星平台的姿态实时变化及平台微振动对高分辨率相机成像质量的影响,文章提出了适用于敏捷遥感卫星高分相机的3项优化设计技术:一是通过相机与星敏感器一体化设计提高相机的光轴指向精度;二是增加柔性适配装置设计,减少卫星微振动及载荷适配结构的热变形到相机的传递;三是提出了积分时间同速/异速设置及插值/不插值设置策略。经高分多模卫星高分相机在轨多模式成像的验证,结果表明:提出的优化设计技术可以减小或消除卫星敏捷成像机动过程中卫星的微振动及姿态指向精度及积分时间设置精度对高分辨率相机像质的影响,能适应敏捷卫星成像,并获得高质量图像,可为后续敏捷卫星的高分辨率相机设计提供参考。 Regarding to the influence of real-time attitude changes and micro-vibration of the platform on the imaging quality of high-resolution camera during the maneuvering process of the agile satellite.This paper proposes three optimal design techniques for the high-resolution camera of the agile remote sensing satellite.First,the optical axis pointing accuracy of camera is improved by the integrated design of camera with star tracker.The second is adding the design of flexible adaptive equipment to reduce the transfer effect caused by the micro-vibration of satellite and thermal distortion of adaptive structure on camera.Thirdly,the strategy of setting the integration time at the same speed and different speed,interpolation and non-interpolation is put forward.The on-orbit multi-mode imaging was verified by the high-resolution and multi-mode agile remote sensing satellite(GFDM-1).The results show that the proposed optimal design technology can reduce or eliminate the influence of satellite micro-vibration and attitude pointing accuracy and the integration time setting precision on imaging quality of high resolution camera,the three optimal designs can be adapted to agile satellite imaging and get high quality images.It can provide reference for the high-resolution camera design of the follow-up agile satellites.
