摘要
针对航天器总装过程中设计数据难以复用、过程控制依赖人工、现场状态反馈不直观等问题,通过对总装过程开展全流程梳理、体系优化和数字重构,打通了设计与总装的数据链路,实现了设计、工艺数据同源,过程状态数据驱动以及现场状态三维可视化展现,有效提升了总装过程管理的精细度和直观性,以高分多模卫星为背景开展的系统建设和应用验证,取得了良好效果,可以作为后续航天器推广应用的参考。
In order to solve the problem of design data reusing,manual dependence of process control,and on-site state feedback being not intuitive in the process of spacecraft assembly,a spacecraft assembly technical status control which improves the precision and intuition of assembly process is proposed.By combing the whole process,system optimization,and digital reconstruction,the data link between design and assembly is connected;the design and process data are homologous;the process state is data driven;and the 3D visualization of on-site is realized.The system construction and application verification are carried out based on GFDM-1 satellite.The results show that this control can be used as a reference for the promotion and application of subsequent spacecraft.
