摘要
以氯化锌的水溶液、高直链玉米淀粉(G80)、纤维素为原料,制得淀粉纤维素膜,在环氧树脂溶液中浸渍固化,以热固化法制备得到淀粉-纤维素-环氧树脂复合膜材料。考察不同的树脂浓度、浸渍时间、热固化温度等对力学性能、吸水性能的影响,并利用X-射线衍射(XRD)、热重分析(TGA)对复合膜进行分析和表征。结果表明,环氧树脂已进入淀粉/纤维素膜基体,热稳定性提高。
In this paper,starch-cellulose film was produced by aqueous solution of zinc chloride,high amylose corn starch(G80)and cellulose.And it was immersedand cured in an epoxy resin solution.The starch-cellulose-epoxy resin composite film material was prepared by a thermal curing method.Then several experimental conditions including concentration of epoxy resin solution,thermal curing temperature and dipping time were changed to produce different kinds of composite film materials.Each kind of composite film materials’mechanical properties and water absorption were tested to find the influence of different experimental conditions.The suitable synthesisprocess was inferred through study these influences.At last,X ray diffraction,thermo gravimetric was used to analysis the structure and thermal stability of starch cellulose epoxy resin composite film materials.The results showed epoxy resin could effectively blend with starch cellulose material,and greatly improved its thermal stability.
