无卤低烟阻燃布电线单根垂直燃烧性能改进 被引量:1

Improvement of Single Vertical Flammability of LSZH Flame Retardant Insulated Wire

摘要 运用六西格玛质量工具,对无卤低烟阻燃布电线的阻燃性能进行了改进。在六西格玛改进实施过程中定义、测量、分析、改进、控制各阶段的工作中,运用minitab软件对数据进行处理分析,运用过程能力分析判断过程是否受控,并通过假设检验的双样本检验对比改进前后项目效果,最终使无卤低烟阻燃布电线单根垂直燃烧试验不合格率显著下降,从占比20%以上降至0.5%(甚至为0)。 By using Six Sigma quality tool,the flame retardant property of LSZH flame retardant insulated wire is improved.In the work of defining,measuring,analyzing,improving and controlling each stage of the Six Sigma improvement process,minitab software is used to process and analyze the data,process capability analysis is used to judge whether the process is under control,and the project effect before and after the improvement is compared through the double sample test of hypothesis test.Finally,the unqualified rate of single vertical flame test of LSZH flame retardant insulated wire decreased significantly from more than 20%to 0.5%(or even 0).
