脱贫边缘户可持续生计影响因素研究

Study on the factors affecting sustainable livelihood of family struggling on the poverty line

目前,国家精准脱贫户中存在部分脱贫质量低的脱贫边缘户,基于大量文献分析发现:夯实脱贫边缘家庭的生计资本,可以使他们在面对社会时拥有更多的选择权,从而彻底摆脱贫困。采用模糊层次分析法,对影响脱贫边缘家庭生计资本的因素进行排序发现:人力资本的提升是脱贫边缘户发展的关键,对人力资本影响最大的是脱贫边缘家庭中次代的教育水平;第二重要的因素是脱贫边缘家庭金融资本的增加,而增加脱贫边缘家庭的金融资本,首先是要提高脱贫边缘家庭的风险管理水平;排在第三位的是提升脱贫边缘户的物质资本存量,而进一步加强乡村信息化建设是提升脱贫边缘户的物质资本存量的重点。

At present,among the national targeted poverty alleviation households,there are some marginal households with low poverty alleviation quality.Based on a large number of literature analysis,we find that By shoring up the livelihood capital of families on the edge of poverty,they can emerge from poverty with more choices in their social lives.Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process was used to rank the factors affecting the livelihood capital of families at the edge of poverty alleviation.The improvement of human capital is the key to the development of households at the edge of poverty,and the education level of the next generation has the greatest impact on human capital.The second most important factor is the increase of financial capital of poor families in the poverty line.To increase the financial capital of poor families,the first is to improve the risk management level of poor families in the poverty line.The third place is improving the physical capital stock of households at the edge of poverty.
