腹腔热灌注化疗治疗晚期结直肠癌50例疗效观察

Intraperitoneal Hot-perfusion Chemotherapy for Late Colorectal Cancer:Effect Observation on 50 Cases

为观察腹腔热灌注化疗治疗晚期结直肠癌患者的疗效,将晚期结直肠癌患者100例随机分为A组和B组,每组50例。A组患者采用腹腔热灌注化疗治疗,B组患者采用腹部局部射频治疗,比较2组患者的疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果显示,A组患者总有效率为98.00%,明显高于B组的72.00%(P <0.05);A组患者骨髓抑制、肝功能损伤、胃肠道损伤、肾功能损伤及心血管系统损伤发生率均低于B组(P <0.05)。结果表明,腹腔热灌注化疗方案在晚期结直肠癌患者应用中可以改善患者免疫抑制情况,提高患者治疗后近期疗效,在临床应用具有推广价值。

This study was to observe the effect of intraperitoneal hot-perfusion chemotherapy for late colorectal cancer,randomly divided 100 patients with late colorectal cancer into group A(50 cases,adopted above chemotherapy)and group B(50 cases,locally abdominal radiofrequency therapy);then,compared both groups’ effect,and unward reaction incidence status.As results,in total effective rate,and in the incidence of bone marrow supression,of liver function injuried,of gastrointestinal function injuried,of kidney function injuried,and of cardiovascular system injuried,group A was respectively and significantly higher(98.00%vs 72.00%),and lower than group B(all,P <0.05).Results show that for late colorectal cancer intraperitoneal hot-perfusion chemotherapy can improve patients’ immuno-supression situation,enhance their shortterm effect after treatment,thus it is worthy to be popularized to use clinically.
