腹腔镜手术对不同分期右侧结肠癌患者的影响

Impact of Laparoscopic Surgery on the Patients with Righ-side Colonic Cancer at Different Stages

为分析腹腔镜手术对不同分期右侧结肠癌患者的影响,将不同分期右侧结肠癌患者100例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者采用传统开腹手术治疗,观察组患者采用腹腔镜手术治疗,比较2组患者胃肠道微生态、应激反应、并发症及胃肠激素水平。结果显示,观察组患者乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌多于对照组(P <0.05),大肠杆菌、拟杆菌少于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者CRP、IL-6低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者Ⅱ期、Ⅳ期术后肠梗阻、Ⅳ期术后切口疝发生率低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者胃动素、胃泌素高于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,腹腔镜手术能减少不同分期右侧结肠癌患者术后并发症,改善胃肠道微生态系统,减少应激反应,保护胃肠功能。

This study was to investigate the impact of laparoscopic surgery on the patients with righ-side colonic cancer at different stages,randomly divided 100 cases of righ-side colonic cancer at different stages into control group(50 cases,routine open surgery)and observation group(50 cases,laparoscopic surgery);then,compared both groups’ gastrointestinal microecosystem situation,stress response,complication and gastrointestinal hormones’ level.As results,in observation groups’ patients lactobacillus and bifibacterium,as well as E.coli,and bacteroidetes were respectively more,as well as less than in control groups’ patients(all,P <0.05);in the levels of CRP,and IL-6,in the incidence ofⅡ,Ⅳstages’ postoperative intestinal obstruction andⅣstage’s postoperative incisional hernia,and in the levels of motilin and gastrin,observation group was respectively lower,lower,and higher than control group(all,P <0.05).Results show that laparoscopic surgery can reduce postoperative complication of patients with right-side colonic cancer at different stages,improve their gastrointestinal microecosystem situation,decrease stress response,so that protect gastrointestinal function.
