保留灌肠结合胃肠减压在中度重症急性胰腺炎并发麻痹性肠梗阻中的应用

Application of Retention Enema Combined with Gastrointestinal Decompression in Mid-and Severe Acute Pancreatitis Associated wth Paralytic Ileus

为观察保留灌肠结合胃肠减压在中度重症急性胰腺炎并发麻痹性肠梗阻中的应用效果,将76例中度重症急性胰腺炎并发麻痹性肠梗阻患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。对照组患者实施单一的保留灌肠护理干预,观察组在此基础上实施胃肠减压干预,比较2组患者的胃肠功能恢复时间、临床指标恢复正常时间以及护理满意度。结果显示,观察组患者胃肠功能恢复时间、临床指标恢复正常时间均短于对照组(P <0.05),观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,对中度重症急性胰腺炎并发麻痹性肠梗阻患者实施保留灌肠结合胃肠减压护理,可改善患者的胃肠功能,促进临床指标的恢复,提高护理满意度。

This study was to observe the application efficacy of retention enema combined with gastrointestinal decompresion in mid-and severe acute pancratitis associated with paralytic ilems,randomly divided 76 cases of above diseases into control group(38 cases,alone retention enema nursing intervention)and observation group(38 cases,based on control group,added gastrointestinal decompression);then,compared both groups’ patients’ time for gastrointestinal function recovered,and for clinical norms turned to normal,as well as nursing satisfactory degree.As results,in above-mentioned three items,observation group was respectively shorter and shorter,as well as higher than control group(all,P <0.05).Results show that for the patients with mid-and severe acute pancreatitis complicated with paralytic ileus the combination therapy of retention enema and gastrointestinal decompression can improve patients’ gastrointestinal function,facilitate clinical norms turned to normal,and enhance satisfacotory degree.
