益脾理肠汤联合美沙拉嗪治疗慢性结肠炎71例疗效观察

Yipi Lichang Tang Combined with Mesalazine in the Treatment of Chronic Colitis:Effect Observation on 71 Cases

为观察益脾理肠汤联合美沙拉嗪治疗慢性结肠炎的疗效,将慢性结肠炎138例患者分为常规组67例和联合组71例。常规组患者在常规治疗的基础上口服美沙拉嗪治疗,联合组患者采用益脾理肠汤联合美沙拉嗪治疗,比较2组患者的临床疗效、炎性因子水平、结肠黏膜病变程度、生活质量和中医证候积分。结果显示,联合组患者临床总有效率高于常规组(P <0.05)。治疗后,2组患者炎性因子水平较治疗前降低,其中联合组患者白介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平低于常规组(P <0.05)。治疗后,2组患者Baron和Geboes评分较治疗前降低,其中联合组患者Baron和Geboes评分低于常规组(P <0.05)。治疗后,2组患者生活质量评分较治疗前升高,中医证候积分较治疗前降低;其中联合组患者生活质量评分高于常规组(P <0.05),中医证候积分低于常规组(P <0.05)。结果表明,益脾理肠汤联合美沙拉嗪治疗慢性结肠炎能明显提高疗效,降低炎性因子水平,改善结肠黏膜病变程度,提高患者生活质量。

This study was to observe the effect of chronic colitis treated with Yipi Lichang Tang(Tang,a TCM formula)cobmined with mesalazine,divided 138 patients with chronic colitis into routine group(67 cases,routine treatment plus mesalazine)and combined group(71 cases,Tang plus mesalazine);then,compared both groups’ s clinical effect,inflammatory factors’ levels,lesion degree of colonic mucosa,patients’ quality of life,and the accumlated points of TCM syndrome.As results,the total effective rate of combined group was higher than routine group(P <0.05);after treatment the inflammatory factors’ levels of both groups were decreased than before treatment,among the factors,the levels of IL-6,CRP and TNF-αin combined groups’ patients were lower than in routine groups’ patients(P <0.05);after treatment both groups’ patients’ Baron and Geboes score ratings were decreased than before treatment,but both ratings of combined group were lower than routine group(P <0.05);after treatment both groups’ patients’ quality of life(the retings),and accumlated points of TCM syndrome were respectively increased,and decreased than before treatment,but the ratings and the accumlated points of combined group were respectively higher,and lower than that of routine group(all,P <0.05).Results show that Tang plus mesalazine in the treatment of chronic colitis can significantly enhance effect,reduce inflammatory factor’s level,improve lesion degree of colonic mucosa,and uplift patients’ quality of life.
