溃疡性结肠炎患者肠道菌群及体液免疫变化的临床意义

Clinical Significance of Intestinal Flora and Humoral Immunity Change of UC Patients

为探讨溃疡性结肠炎患者肠道菌群及体液免疫变化的临床意义,将溃疡性结肠炎患者60例根据患者结肠炎严重程度分为轻度组和重度组,每组30例;同期选取50名于本院体检的健康人群作为对照组,检测并比较3组肠道菌群失调情况及免疫球蛋白指标水平。结果显示,轻度组和重度组肠道菌群失调率高于对照组(P <0.05),且轻度组失调率低于重度组(P <0.05)。轻度组与重度组IgA、IgG水平高于对照组(P <0.05),IgM水平低于对照组(P <0.05);且轻度组IgA、IgG水平低于重度组(P <0.05),IgM水平高于重度组(P <0.05)。结果表明,溃疡性结肠炎患者伴有肠道菌群失调,且随着病情发展其失调症状越严重,机体IgA、IgG水平上升,IgM水平下降;临床可根据肠道菌群与体液免疫变化判断疾病严重程度,指导治疗。

This study was to explore the clinical significance of ulcerative colitis(UC)patient’changes of intestinal flora(IF)and humoral immunity(HI),according to patients’ condition severity,divided 60 UC patients into mild group(30 cases)and severe group(30 cases),at the same time,enrolled 50 health examinees in author’s hospital as control group,detected the three groups’ patients’ s IF and its imbalance status,as well as Ig norms-levels,then compared obtained detected results.As results,in IF imbalance rate both patients’ groups were higher than control group(P <0.05),between both groups mild group was lower than severe group(P <0.05);the levels of IgA and IgG in both patients’ groups were all higher than in control group(P <0.05),between both groups in the levels of IgA and IgG,as well as in the levels of IgM,mild group was respectively lower,as well as higher than severe group(all,P <0.05).Results show that in the UC patients complicated with flora imbalance their imbalance symptoms will be more severe along with condition developing,and the levels of IgA and IgG uplifted,the level of IgM declined,thus,clinically according to the changes of IF and HI,to judge severity of condition,afterwards to direct treatment.
