不同化学反应模型在鼓式燃气换热器建模中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 基于计算流体力学(CFD),以一款鼓式燃气换热器(DGH)为研究对象,比较Eddy-Dissipation(ED)模型和Finite-Rate/Eddy-Dissipation(FR/ED)模型用于DGH燃烧建模的不同。分别采用k-ω模型和Discrete Ordinates模型计算湍流和辐射换热。通过与试验结果对标以及模型之间的对比,分析ED模型和FR/ED模型的优劣。结果表明,两者在分析DGH上具有相似的结果,但是ED模型所占计算资源更少,FR/ED模型具有更高的计算精度。 Based on computational fluid dynamics(CFD), taking a drum gas heater(DGH) as the research object, the differences of the Eddy-Dissipation(ED) model and the Finite-Rate/Eddy-Dissipation(FR/ED) model applied to DGH combustion modelling are compared. The turbulence and radiation heat transfer are calculated using k-ω model and Discrete Ordinates model, respectively. The advantages and disadvantages of ED model and FR/ED model are summarized by comparing with the experimental data and model results. The results show that they have similar results for analyzing DGH operation, while the ED model occupies less computing resources and the FR/ED model has higher computational accuracy.
