摘要
变频钻机房间的通风冷却效果是确保整套钻机运行效率和钻井安全的关键因素之一。本文以选定的控制装置和房体布局为例,介绍通风冷却系统涉及的环节以及各环节的风阻、风压,发热运行时由于热风压力增高导致的漏风以及空调选型等参数的计算方法;指出通风冷却系统设计一定要综合考虑冷却对象、房体布局、进回风通道等因素。
The effect of ventilation and cooling for frequency conversion drilling rig house is one of the key factors for the operation efficiency and drilling safety of the whole set of drilling rig.Taking the selected control device and house layout as an example,the links involved in the ventilation and cooling system,and a calculation method for the parameters such as wind resistance,wind pressure,and air leakage due to the increase of hot air pressure during the heating operation,as well as the air-conditioning selection in each link,are introduced.It's pointed out that the factors such as cooling object,house layout,air inlet and return ducts must be considered comprehensively during the design of the ventilation and cooling system.
