摘要
通过介绍涡旋式空调压缩机结构、特点及其在装配生产线的主要装配过程,对生产线重要工序——主、副轴承定心方式及其关键影响因素进行详细阐述。为提高压缩机定心装配工艺水平进而生产出质量稳定,品质优良的压缩机提供了宝贵经验。
In this paper,the structure,characteristics and main process of scroll air conditioning compressor in assembly line are introduced.The alignment process and characteristics of main bearing and sub bearing,the important process of production line,are described in detail.It provides reference for the assembly and quality technicians of scroll compressor and accumulates valuable experience for the establishment of assembly line of similar scroll compressor in the future.
