摘要
介绍了上海地区某数据中心应用间接蒸发冷却技术的工程案例,结合夏热冬冷地区气候条件,合理设计不同运行模式的工况切换点,充分利用自然冷却。机房采用封闭热通道+弥漫送风的结构形式,合理规划气流组织,提高送回风温度,进一步延长自然冷却时间,降低空调系统能耗。CFD模拟显示机房整体热环境良好,无气流掺混及局部热点等情况。
Presents the case of indirect evaporative cooling technology applied in a data center in Shanghai.Combined with the climate conditions of hot-summer and cold-winter zone,the switching points of different operation modes are designed reasonably to make full use of natural cooling.The data room adopts the structural form of closed hot aisle+diffuse air supply.By reasonably planning the air distribution and improving the air supply and return temperature,the natural cooling time is further extended and the energy consumption of the air conditioning system is reduced.CFD simulation shows that the overall thermal environment of data room is fine,without air mixing and local hot spots.
