摘要
以典型的数据中心水冷冷冻水型空调系统为例,构建了数据中心冷却系统热量传递过程,详细分析了各传热介质的温度和温差选取对冷却系统能耗的影响,并对比了不同设计温度选取案例的节能效果。结果表明:在数据中心冷却系统设计时,应合理选取服务器进风温度最佳点,优化机房气流组织,并减小空调末端风-水换热温差,适当提高冷冻水供回水温度和温差,综合考虑节能和投资的影响对板式换热器和冷却塔放大选型。通过合理选取传热过程各温度和温差值,可实现冷却系统整体节能。
Taking the typical data center water-cooling and chilled water air conditioning system as an example,this paper constructs the heat transfer process of data center cooling system.And the influence of the selection of the temperature and temperature difference of each heat transfer medium on the energy consumption of the cooling system is analyzed in detail.And the energy-saving effect of different design temperature cases is compared.The results show that:In the design of data center cooling system,the best inlet air temperature of server should be selected reasonably,and the air distribution of machine room should be optimized,and the air-water heat exchange temperature difference of air conditioning terminal equipment should be reduced,and the temperature and temperature difference of chilled water supply and return water should be increased properly,and considering the influence of energy saving and investment,plate heat exchanger and cooling tower should be enlarged.The overall energy saving of the cooling system can be realized by reasonably selecting the design temperature and temperature difference value.
