摘要 华南地区成品油管线输油站的10 kV配电变压器运行电压经常处于合格但偏高的状态,导致其空载损耗大幅上升。分析了少维护有载调压配电变压器节能原理,设计、制造了基于真空有载调压开关的S13型配电变压器,替换了东莞输油站一台S9型配电变压器。实际运行结果表明,有载调压配电变压器不但可以显著减少其空载损耗,还能大幅节约负载能耗,且可以在成品油管输线路的输油站推广应用。 The voltage of distribution transformers of transmission station of refined oil pipelines in Southern China is usually higher than expected although they are up to standard,and so that its no-load losses increase significantly.The principle of energy conservation of distribution transformers with on-load tap changer(OLTC)is analyzed.One S13 distribution transformer with OLTC is designed and produced,and the old S9 distribution transformer in Dongguan oil transmission station is replaced for energy conservation.The comparison of actual operating losses before and after the replacement shows that the on-load regulating of voltage of a distribution transformer can reduce the no-load energy loss of the transformer and the energy loss of its loads,both significantly.The suggestion of application of this kind of OLTC distribution transformer is proposed.
