提出了基于决策支持系统的配电网运维操作票系统。针对配电网运行管理以及操作票流转现状进行了分析,对比说明了电子化操作票系统的特点。提出了基于决策支持系统的框架和运行流程,说明了在操作票生成和管理过程中的应用。提出了基于决策支持系统的操作票生成系统,根据系统功能进行了总体设计,并给出了基于B/S的系统物理架构。最后针对运维操作票流转方案进行了详细分析,说明了实际生产过程中的流转方案。

A distribution network operation and maintenance operation ticket system based on a decision support system is proposed.It analyzes the current situation of distribution network operation management and operation ticket circulation,and compares and explains the characteristics of the electronic operation ticket system.The framework and operation process based on the decision support system are proposed,and the application in the process of generating and managing operation tickets is explained.The operation ticket generation system based on the decision support system is proposed,the overall design of the system is carried out according to the system function,and the physical architecture of the system based on B/S is given.Finally,a detailed analysis of the operation and maintenance operation ticket circulation plan is carried out,and the circulation plan in the actual production process is explained.
