摘要
采用离子交换工艺对1,3-丙二醇发酵预处理后的料液进行分离提纯,研究了阴阳离子交换柱的树脂穿透性能及流速对树脂性能的影响,考察了整个连续离子交换过程及树脂的再生情况。实验结果表明,阴离子树脂的交换能力为阳离子树脂的4.2倍,阴阳树脂适宜的添加体积比为1∶4,进料适宜的流速为10.0L/h;阴阳离子交换树脂对1,3-丙二醇料液具有较好的脱盐、脱小分子蛋白的效果,1,3-丙二醇单程收率为60.40%、总收率为99.01%,小分子蛋白的脱除率在94.7%左右。
Ion exchange process was applied in the desalination and purification of 1,3-propanediol fermentation broth.The penetration performance of anion exchange and cation exchange resins,the influence of feed rate on the ion exchange process and resin regeneration of continuous ion exchange process were studied.The results show that the capacity of anion exchange resin is 4.2 times as that of cation exchange resin.When the volume ratio of anion resin to cation resin is 1∶4,the optimal flow velocity of feedstock is 10.0 L/h.The anion exchange and cation exchange resins exhibit excellent desalination and protein removal performance.The single-pass and total yield of 1,3-propanediol is 60.40%and 99.01%,respectively,while the removal rate of the protein is around 94.7%.
