发射机冷却风扇实时监测系统开发与应用

摘要 风冷在短波发射机中的应用很广,由于安装位置和高频干扰等,以轴流风机为主的风冷故障往往不能被及时发现。因此为解决这一隐患,经过研究测试后利用激光反射特性,结合发射机实际需求和经济性,将MEGA作为主控板,采取脉冲计数法,开发了冷却风扇的实时监测系统,并在发射机中安装和使用,实际效果良好,且数据真实可靠。 Air cooling is widely used in shortwave transmitter.Due to the installation position and high frequency interference,the air cooling fault mainly caused by axial flow fan can not be found in time.In order to solve this problem,the author developed a real-time monitoring system of cooling fan by using the laser reflection characteristics,combining with the actual needs and economy of the transmitter,using MEGA as the main control board,adopting the pulse counting method,and installed and used it in the transmitter.The effect is good,and the data is real and reliable.
