摘要
针对某侦察干扰车装备系统内宽带侦干一体机及窄带数字接收机的二次电源模块故障展开分析。阐述系统电源各组成原理,通过建立故障树分析得出,二次电源模块故障受前级行车自发电供电系统逆变模块共模干扰的影响。因此进行相关机理分析,基于单相全桥逆变器共模干扰产生机理给出一种通过改善滤波参数解决共模干扰问题的方法。通过仿真分析和试验验证,该方法有效解决了该系统电源适配性问题。
Aiming at the secondary power supply module fault of broadband reconnaissance and jamming integrated machine and narrowband digital receiver in a reconnaissance and jamming vehicle equipment system,the paper analyzes the fault.Firstly,this paper describes the composition principle of the system power supply.Through the establishment of fault tree analysis,it is concluded that the secondary power supply module fault is affected by the common mode interference of the inverter module of the front driving self generating power supply system,and the relevant mechanism is analyzed.Based on the common mode interference mechanism of single-phase full bridge inverter,a method to solve the common mode interference problem by improving the filter parameters is proposed.Through simulation analysis and experimental verification,this method effectively solves the problem of power adaptability of the system.
