航电机载计算机测试设备的设计与实现

摘要 机载计算机测试设备是机载计算机进行整机验证测试的必要工具,其提供了产品测试与功能仿真等功能。综合测试设备主要是基于PXI总线所组建的自动测试系统。通过分析机载测试设备的设计原理与主要硬件构成以及软件实现与功能,利用LabWindows/CVI搭建软件平台,结合Python编写的测试脚本能够有效实现产品测试功能。经过验证,综合测试设备的软硬件均符合设计要求,其扩展性和通用性较好。 The airborne computer test equipment is a necessary tool and equipment for the airborne computer to perform the whole machine verification test.It provides many functions such as product testing,functional simulation.This article mainly analyzes the design principles and main hardware components,software implementation and functions of the airborne test equipment.The integrated test equipment is mainly an automatic test system based on the PXI bus.Through LabWindows/CVI building software platform,combined with the test script written in python,the product test function can be effectively realized.After verification,the software and hardware of the comprehensive test equipment effectively meet the design requirements,and the scalability and versatility are good.
