摘要
由于传统PIN开关在工作过程中无法满足5G通信基站驱动电压的控制要求,因此设计了一种5G通信基站大功率射频开关,给出了所设计开关的整体电路结构、各部分的参数、功能、位置与结构以及平衡开关工作过程中的各项性能指标。分别设计开关中上电极和下电极的结构,在上电极中设置释放孔来减少阻力,在下电极中优化极板形状,将极板中的直角部分改成渐变结构,降低插入损耗。为验证所设计开关的有效性,进行性能测试实验,结果表明设计的开关在驱动电压方面与期望曲线的拟合度更高,可靠性较好。
The traditional pin switch cannot meet the control requirements of base station driving voltage in 5G communication.In this paper,a high-power RF switch for base station in 5G communication is designed.The overall circuit structure of the designed switch,the parameters,functions,positions and structures of each part,and the performance indexes of the balance switch in the working process are given.The structure of the upper electrode and the lower electrode in the switch are designed respectively.The release hole is set in the upper electrode to reduce the resistance.The shape of the electrode plate is optimized in the lower electrode.The right angle part of the electrode plate is changed into a gradual structure to reduce the insertion loss.In order to verify the effectiveness of the designed switch,the performance test experiments are carried out.The results show that the designed switch has higher fitting degree with the expected curve in terms of driving voltage,and has reliability in terms of driving voltage control.
