摘要
传统电网事故限电依靠调控员人工遥控开关来开展,该过程存在工作量大、操作风险高以及执行效率低等难题。针对传统限电难题,通过在电网运行控制系统建立群控功能,采用集约化方式进行设备集中管理,再利用多目标融合负荷控制算法自动分析限电设备,并将目标设备自动遥控执行,最终实现事故限电的快速群控操作。
The traditional power grid accident power curtailment relies on the manual remote switch of the regulator to carry out.This process has problems such as large workload,high operational risk and low execution efficiency.Aiming at the problem of traditional power curtailment,the article establishes a group control function in the grid operation control system,uses the intensive way to carry on the equipment centralized management,then uses the multi-objective fusion load control algorithm to automatically analyze the power curtailment equipment,and automatically execute the target equipment remotely.Finally,the rapid group control operation of accident power limiting is realized.
