摘要
某直升机发动机起动时频繁出现二次点火,易造成发动机涡轮间富油,导致涡轮间排气温度偏高,而且起动发电机较长时间工作于低转速的起动机状态,起动电流产生的热量无法及时散出,降低其使用寿命,甚至损坏起动发电机。针对此问题,设计了新的起动供电电路,通过降低起动供电电流,延长点火窗口期时间,有效避免了二次点火的情况,降低了起动发电机过载运行时间,提高了直升机的可靠性和维护性。
Second chance restart happens frequently on a certain helicopter engine start.This will cause over quantity of fuel in the turbine,and a higher inter turbine temperature.While the starter-generator works as a low RPM starter for a long time,the heat generated by start current cannot be dissipated in time.The heat will shorten the life of generator,even damage the generator.On this issue,design a new engine start circuit.To lengthen the ignition time,prevent second chance restart by reducing the engine start current.This could shorten the engine start time,increase the reliability and maintenance of helicopter.
